**Job Description**:
**Your role as Talent Acquisition Partner..**
- Consult, advise and support our Pub Leadership Team & BDM’s on best practice, process knowledge and taking positive measures to ensure we drive inclusive, fair, and unbiassed recruitment process
- Proactive sourcing across multiple channels I.e. LinkedIn projects, talent insights, CV databases
- Become a trusted and valued expert for Hiring Managers, BDM’s & HRBP’s to understand recruitment trends within your geographical area, opportunities and pro-active talent management.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience both internally & externally
- Experience of using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn & talent insights
- Head-hunting - experience of generating and sourcing leads
