About Us:
Circus Starr is looking for an Events Coordinator to help keep our show on the road

Our not-for-profit organisation holds accessible and inclusive circus shows for children who have disabilities and additional learning needs.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with fantastic communication skills to join our team and help us make a difference. With experience in event planning and an understanding of the importance of accessibility you will be able to adapt and work well under the pressure of running a live event.

Events Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

- Organising tour routes for both our indoor and outdoor Big Top shows.
- Sourcing and hiring venues and sites.
- Managing all logístical elements of the event from toilet hire to skip hire.
- Communicate with our on-site team and support the running of shows from our head office.
- Providing support with general administration at our head office.

Events Coordinator - You:
We're looking for a motivated individual that will work well with both our team at our head office and in the Big Top. This exciting and varied position requires general office hours at our head office based in Congleton and some out of hours work and travel when we are on tour.

Essential Experience Required:

- Organisational skills & an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A UK Driver's License and confidence to drive to various locations throughout the UK
- A positive and professional attitude

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
