Working Hours: Full-time compressed hours, working Monday - Thursday 8.30AM-6:30PM

Location: Office based (Congleton, Cheshire)

Introduction

The Position

As Project Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of our delivery process, managing project timelines, briefs and communication to ensure everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll oversee multiple projects across content, campaigns and brand development, using to track progress and keep the team aligned. But this isn't just a coordination role, you'll also bring creativity to the table. From writing copy and planning content to supporting shoots and campaign delivery, you'll play an active part in the work we produce.

We're looking for someone who thrives in both coordination and delivery, someone who enjoys the structure of managing projects while also playing an active role in bringing creative work to life.

  • Skilled writer with a natural flair for crafting clear, engaging copy.
  • Familiar with project management systems (ideally ).
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Experience that helps:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing, creative or project coordination role.
  • Experience within an agency or fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Background in content creation, copywriting or campaign delivery preferred.
  • A passion for food, drink and hospitality.

Essentials:

  • Permanent position based in Congleton, Cheshire.
  • Compressed hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30AM–6:30PM.
  • Office based role (Congleton, Cheshire)
  • Salary: £28–32K DOE.
  • Standard probation period of 6 months.
