From admin and purchasing to packing, dispatch, and event support, no two days are the sameand youll have the chance to make a real impact every day. Key Responsibilities Manage calls, visitors, and incoming/outgoing post Handle purchase orders and invoices, and liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain good working relationships Maintain stock levels, assist with stocktakes, and manage packing and dispatch of orders in the warehouse Support online orders, transponder hire, and related customer services Coordinate deliveries and assist withor take the lead onfulfilment operations Assist with event preparation, bookings, and any post-event follow-up Contribute to team coordination across both internal staff and freelance workers Requirements Confident using MS Word, Excel, and other IT systems Strong communication and organisational skills Aproactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Administration, basic accounting knowledge Please note - there is the option to discuss this role as a part time position for the right person.
