**Patient Services Coordinator**

**Location**: Congleton, Cheshire

Are you an experienced, empathetic professional with a proven track record of managing a busy phone line? We’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive physiotherapy team, helping us deliver outstanding care to patients across the UK.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they call, guiding them through the booking process and helping them access the care they need.

**About the Role**:

- Handling Calls**: You’ll manage all inbound calls for our group of practices (currently 12 and expanding), offering a calm, professional, and empathetic response to patient inquiries.
**- Inbox Monitoring**: Keep our inbox organized and ensure patient questions are addressed promptly.
**- Appointment Scheduling**: Use our practice management software to efficiently book, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
**- Patient Support**: Provide friendly advice to help patients choose the best practitioner for their needs, assist with service-related queries, and handle insurance details with care.
**- Admin & Coordination**: Perform a variety of virtual reception tasks, keeping everything running smoothly.

- Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, phone-handling role, with the ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure.
**- Friendly & Empathetic**: A warm, approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help others. You’re not just a voice on the phone—you’ll be an important part of the patient’s journey.

- Background**: Experience in secretarial, PA, customer service, or similar roles. Knowledge of healthcare or physiotherapy is a plus.
