We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager to provide Recruitment support to the Recruitment Manager in order to deliver recruitment activity across our departments.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the Recruitment Manager working with Hiring Managers & HR colleagues to ensure effective recruitment delivery across the OU and or EF within legally compliant boundaries. Ensuring that the resourcing process is followed during all stages of recruitmentactivity and working to deliver all agreed KPI’s.
- Release vacancies as appropriate through ATS to relevant PSL agencies where directed by Recruitment Manager.
- Ensure ATS is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
- Support projects as required by Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment

**We are looking for**:

- Ability to work with high volumes and pro-actively plan and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in written form.
- Ability to work within a process driven environment and deliver to stretching time plans.
- Highly motivated to deliver with ability to work under pressure.
- Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment developments
- Previous recruitment experience either gained within an agency or in-house.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office; ideally having knowledge of Taleo or other ATS e-recruitment systems.
