We are recruiting for a Pass Officer to join our induction and on-boarding team here at Align.

You’ll be responsible for greeting all new starters on our project and our sub-contractors ensuring that all personnel are given the right access to the variety of sites on the project, which is managed through our Biosite system. You’ll also visitor process ensuring that everyone being welcomed to the site go through the correct process and gain access to the site.

**The role**
- Issue site access cards in a timely manner
- Resolve issues with Align ID cards
- Including reassigning card rights
- Escalating issues about access to the HR Manager and Security as appropriate
- Work as part of the induction center team greeting all new joiners and visitors to C1 Align in a respectful and professional manner
- Collect car parking forms and check they are filled in correctly, legibly by the person is inducted and doesn’t already have a vehicle registered
- Manage the visitors list
- Prepare visitors list for the gates and issue each day for the following day
- Check visitors ID and issue visitors passes, communicate to the host and hand the visitor to the host once they have arrived

**About you**
You’ll have experience in a similar role and hold a SIA licence. You’ll also be professional, responsible, proactive and receptive to constructive advice and guidance.

You’ll have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) coupled with strong attention to detail and have strong IT skills (experience of using MS software packages).

**The Align opportunity**

**The C1 Package includes the following elements**:

- The iconic Colne Valley Viaduct which is a “structure of international significance”; 3+ km long and spanning the lakes of the Colne Valley (architectural images can be found online).
- Chiltern Tunnels - 2 x 16km long tunnels through the Chiltern Hills
- Western Valley Slopes (South Portal) - 2.5km of earthworks including the TBM launching portal and main compound in Maple Cross housing the TBM plant and equipment, main offices and tunnel/viaduct pre cast yards
- 5 x Ventilation Shafts at Chalfont St. Peter, Chalfont St. Giles, Amersham, Little Missenden and Chesham. Shaft depth between 35m-65m with diaphragm walls up to 80m deep. Headhouses at each location.
