Our award-winning company based in Maple Cross (Rickmansworth WD3 9YS) is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our busy HR team.

Paying **up to £45,000**per year with excellent benefits and a generous **27-day holiday** allowance, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at a time of rapid expansion in the automotive industry.

**The Role**

As an internal Recruitment Manager your role will be to facilitate and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will become part of - and work very closely - with the HR Team.

Partnering with internal stakeholders you will ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to end, assisting with defining job descriptions and working together to ensure a smooth selection process and ultimately hiring the best talent.
- Minimum 2 years Agency experience is desired
- Experience in recruiting Junior - Senior level hires.
- Professional and can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Able to think creatively and work on your own initiative
- Strong understanding of the recruitment market, process’ and employment legislation.
- Tact and discretion with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team player and the willingness to support others with heavy workloads, prepared to become involved in non-core tasks
- Proven stake-holder management skills; able to successfully influence multiple stakeholders
- and deliver a high level of customer service.

**The Offer**

The base salary for this role is paying up to **£45,000 per annum depending on experience**plus up to **10% non-contractual bonus**.

**Working With Us**

**At the start of your employment, you would be expected to work from the office for at least 12 weeks to work through our induction and training process, after which time and with agreement from your line-manager you may be offered the opportunityfor flexible hybrid homeworking.**
