Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Computerise and maintain accurate records and documents
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms
- Utilise Google Suite and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls and messages
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Assist in general administrative duties to support the office team

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
