One of our most incredible clients has an amazing opportunity to join their team in London as a Recruiting Operations Specialist Their business is a pioneer within the technology sector and the software they have developed is the foundation of major scientific breakthroughs and research.

Within this role, you'll help the team succeed by providing operational support and enhancing data integrity tools and procedures that recruiters and partner teams rely on every day. To support our recruiting efforts, you'll work with various teams all around the world, assuring data integrity and compliance along the way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the processes of external recruitment vendors, including vetting prospective partners and interacting with current ones to ensure we're getting the most out of the tools and resources available.
- Create training and workflow documentation for recruitment tools and procedures, as well as optimise current workflows.
- Manage job posts and provide recruiters the tools they need to look for and post jobs on external job boards.
- Internal tickets on applicant processing, recruitment tools, job postings, external agencies, and other topics are scoped, solved, and responded to.
- To ensure the recruitment team is running effectively, collaborate cross-functionally with other teams supporting hiring initiatives, such as Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Tooling and processes are taught to new members of the recruitment operations team.
- New data input and data hygiene tasks will help us expand our applicant database.

- Balancing conflicting priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
- Willingness to learn new recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work on projects independently through its entirety.
- Find opportunities to enhance operations and procedures ahead of time.
- Provide outstanding customer service to business partners.

**Preferred**:

- Working with Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Customer Service, or Data teams is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry.
- Working with confidential and/or sensitive data is a bonus.
- A bachelor's degree or similar work experience.
