SNO is headquartered in Oswestry, Shropshire. However, as part of ongoing business growth, we are opening a new office location on Grays Inn Road, London. We are seeking to employ a **Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and PA to the Vice President of Operations** for this new office location.

- **Salary**: Up to £38,000 per annum
- **Contract Type**: Permanent, Full Time
- **Working Style**: Office based
- **Working Pattern**: 9x5, Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception and Administrative Duties**:
- General administrative duties in support of the CEO and Shareholders
- Front of office reception duties
- Meet and greet customers at the SNO London office
- Ensure that visitors adhere to the safety and security protocols in place at the office location
- Managing customer appointments and appointment scheduling
- Provide support for customer meetings and associated logistics, such as catering arrangements and taxi bookings
- Generate PowerPoint presentations
- Administrative support for the SNO apprenticeship programme
- Administrative support of SNO marketing events
**PA Duties to the Vice President of Operations**:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to the Vice President of Operations
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Act as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
**Office Management Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth operation of the London office, including facilities management
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and liaise with vendors
- Coordinate maintenance and service providers as needed
- Implement and oversee office procedures and processes to enhance efficiency
**Tenant Management for Adjoining Flats**:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, queries, and general communication
- Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with landlords and service providers
- Manage tenant contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with rental agreements
- Maintain tenant records and oversee rental payments where applicable
**Qualifications**
**What do we need from you?**
- You possess at least 2 years of customer service, front office, or PA experience
- You have demonstrable organisational and time management skills
- You have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding customer service
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You can manage competing requirements and have the ability to work to deadlines
- You have a keen attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- You are computer/IT literate with a demonstratable skill set in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Previous experience in office management or property/tenant management is an advantage
