**Recruitment Specialist**

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist that is looking to work in the care sector, to manage and develop recruitment processes across an organisation.

**Position**: Recruitment Specialist

**Location**:London (SE26) / hybrid

**Contract**: 36 Hours per week (Would consider 0.8 FTE and Flexible Working)

**Salary**:£32,000 - £36,000

**About the Role**

Part of the role will also ensure that both recruitment and onboarding processes meet the standards set by the organisation. This will include pre-recruitment advice and support for hiring managers, as well as the effective onboarding of new starters.

**About you**

To be successful in the Recruitment Specialist role you will need to have experience of working in a busy HR environment, along with knowledge of running end to end recruitment processes. We are looking for someone who is CIPD qualified **or** has relevant experience working in these kinds of roles.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**
- Managing the End-to-End recruitment of all paid staff
- Supporting hiring managers with advice and training
- Designing managing innovative recruitment campaigns
- Operate in line with the organisations ‘Disability Confident Employer’ status
- Managing applicants through the applicant tracking system
- Continuous development of your knowledge surround employment law
- Coach and mentor individuals in line with organisational requirements
- A current enhanced DBS certificate, or willing to allow DBS checks to be conducted.
