Cambridge, United Kingdom Arm Full time

We’re hiring a Creative & Sponsorship Coordinator to support two key areas of Arm’s Brand team. This hybrid role is split between managing the day-to-day flow of brand and creative projects, and supporting Arm’s partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. It’s a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes on high-visibility campaigns, content, and global activations

Job Overview:
You’ll work closely with the Creative Production Manager and the Global Sponsorship Manager to coordinate creative deliverables, keep projects on track, and help activate one of Arm’s most high-profile brand partnerships. From timelines and logistics to team collaboration and asset management, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone looking to build a career in brand, production, or partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
Creative Production (60%)
- Support the planning and delivery of creative projects across the brand team
- Track schedules, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth workflows
- Liaise with team members and external agencies during briefs, reviews, and sign-off
- Manage meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
- Help with creative brief preparation and status updates
- Keep content organized in our digital asset management (DAM) system
- Support logistics for content shoots or production activities

Sponsorship Coordination (40%)
- Assist in driving Arm’s Formula One sponsorship
- Maintain project trackers and schedules
- Help coordinate logistics for sponsorship events—travel, guest lists, materials, etc.
- Organize and document internal and external meetings
- Support the creation of recap reports, strategy decks, and important metricco summaries
- Track budgets, raise POs, and support vendor communication
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring sponsorship activations to life

Required Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 years in a marketing, coordination, production, or events-related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Diligent and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones
- Interest in creative production, branding, and sponsorship

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of Formula One or experience in sports sponsorship
- Experience working with creative agencies or production vendors
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Background in content production or event coordination
- Exposure to marketing within a tech or innovation-focused company

In Return:

- A rare chance to gain experience across both creative production and global sponsorship
- Hands-on involvement in high-impact campaigns and activations
- A collaborative, fast-moving team working at the intersection of tech and sport
- Opportunities to grow your skills across marketing, brand, and partnerships
- Competitive pay, flexible hybrid working, and a front-row seat to global brand building
