The Living Well service at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity supports patients who are living with life limiting conditions, they provide a range of therapeutic activities, groups and one to one consultations from our Hospice in Cambridge.
We have an opportunity for someone to join this team as a Life Celebration and Creative Activities Coordinator, this role will work across our inpatient unit, Specialist Palliative Care home team and Living Well service to support our patients.
Working as a member of the Specialist Palliative Care Multidisciplinary Team, the post holder will be responsible for planning and facilitating a range of creative, social and diversional activities that enhances the emotional, social, spiritual, cognitive and physical well-being of individuals, with a particular focus on life celebration work.
The role will work closely with a team of volunteers and external arts and leisure facilities.
This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week from our Hospice in Cambridge.
