This exciting opportunity is the chance to support one of our newest teams, International Property & Services (IPS), as their new Property & Services Coordinator. The team is responsible for delivering a first-class facilities management service across ourlocations outside of the UK whilst also being responsible for corporate real estate, property health, safety and compliance, and property environment across the whole global portfolio.

**The Role**

As the Property & Services Coordinator you'll provide essential administrative support to the IPS team to help meet their mission objectives. As we embark on delivering on our property environmental strategy and optimising our global real estate portfolio,as well as meeting the changing needs of our colleagues as a result from Covid, there is an exciting array of opportunities to bring your administration, management support and activity coordination skills in to play. This includes:

- **Compliance & Risk Administration.** Gather and record compliance and risk data from our global office portfolio, building relationships and working with responsible office contacts and landlord/managing agents in each location
- Support compliance, risk and property health, safety & environment audits, arranging audit visits (actual and virtual) and producing post-audit reports. Follow up on audit actions to ensure completion
- **Business Continuity & Emergency Response.**Act as the Business Continuity (BC) coordinator for the IPS team. Help maintain team BC plans and assist office contacts around the portfolio develop their site BC and emergency response plans,assisting with exercises as required
- **Procurement & Finance.** Assist with raising purchase orders, dealing with new vendor set up, budget reports and invoice processing, and maintaining a database of procurement contracts
- **Lease Administration.** Assist with the administration of property leases and similar legal documents
- **General Administration.**Oversee and maintain the IPS SharePoint site. Administer our team intranet page and assist with communication with key internal and external stakeholders. You'll also manage the diary and take care of other administrativeneeds of IPS senior management including meeting agendas and minute taking

You will understand the need to prioritise andhelp the management team make the best of their time in support of our customers. You will be inquisitive and interested in learning more about what the team does, and not afraid to challenge conventional thinking.

Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to juggle diary commitments and requests, and handle multiple data inputs. You will also be able to cultivate business partnerships at all levels across the organisation, and use those relationshipsto further the delivery of our activities.
