Job Title: Property Manager

Company Overview:
Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding, independent estate agency based in Cambridge (CB4). Our client is renowned for delivering a high-quality, bespoke service across lettings and property management. Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Manager to take a leading role in managing a high-quality residential portfolio. This opportunity offers private healthcare, funding for ARLA qualification and clear career progression in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with legislation
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing all aspects of the tenancy
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure issues are actioned promptly
  • Stay updated on all relevant property legislation and advise stakeholders accordingly
  • Oversee tenancy renewals, terminations, and all related legal documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
  • Provide landlords with regular property updates, including maintenance reports and tenant feedback

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role within lettings or property management
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, health and safety compliance, and tenancy management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
  • A proactive and professional problem-solver
  • Valid UK driving license essential
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification desirable (training provided if not yet achieved)

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary: £30k - £36k Depending on Experience
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am pm
  • 33 days days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus an extra for your birthday
