Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our highly successful Cambridge office, helping in the management of a large portfolio of residential rental properties. The role includes overseeing maintenance, tenancy renewals, and compliance, while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. • Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Licence must be for manual vehicles, as we cannot accept automatic-only licences at this time.
