Head of Department & Partner – Commercial Property Law

Are you an accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step into departmental leadership and partnership? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead a highly regarded Commercial Property team at a respected regional firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

The Role

This is a senior appointment offering genuine influence within the firm. You will:

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Property department, setting strategy and ensuring continued growth.
  • Play a pivotal role in client relationship management and business development, maintaining and building on a strong existing client base.
  • Work closely with the Partnership, contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.
  • Mentor and support talented solicitors and junior fee earners within the department.

About You

We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • At least 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property, with an excellent track record in handling high-value and complex transactions.
  • Proven leadership or management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A commercially minded approach with the drive to grow the department and strengthen client relationships.
  • The ambition and presence to operate as a Partner within a forward-thinking law firm.
