We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Assistant - a new and exciting role, joining a talented team of Marketers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in marketing; wanting to contribute to delivering results through marketing, working for a market leading international company.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Team by undertaking administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the department’s activities
- Support with the planning, setting up and project management of UK and International exhibitions
- Assist with development of internal and external communications/marketing collateral including copywriting and proofreading
- Coordination and generation of Purchase Orders, liaising between suppliers and the finance department to organise marketing payments, alongside identifying and setting up new marketing suppliers
- Assist with market research activities to support marketing and commercial activities
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager and Commercial Team with development of the merchandise plan - assisting with the purchase/creation of merchandise - collation of merchandise kits, management of stock levels and supporting with any merchandise queries
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager and Commercial Team with development of the Point of Sale plan - assisting with the purchase/creation of merchandise - collation of merchandise kits, management of stock levels and supporting with any merchandise queries

**Experience/Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing / business administration role
- Business/marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and Teams
- Excellent team player with the ability to also work independently
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Problem-solver with a positive can-do approach
- Commercial mindset - understanding of the importance of meeting targets and deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of and/or interest in the vaping industry
