Help us make a difference as a **Fleet Compliance Support Assistant** which will be based close to our Manchester and Leeds Operational locations.
**A quick look at the role.**
The Fleet Compliance Support Assistant is responsible for assisting the Fleet Compliance Support Coordinator and supporting all regional workshops in achieving the required standards in respect of administrative and implementation activities.
The role is a hands on role involving the use of many personal skills such as relationship management and people/resource management.
The Fleet Compliance Support Assistant will be required to travel to workshops to work closely with the workshop managers/technicians to deliver administrative support, guidance and coaching and due to locations being national, there will be a **regular requirement for overnight stays**.

- Assisting the Fleet Compliance Support Co-ordinator with supporting and guiding the workshop managers in the delivery and adoption of ISO45001.
- Working with the FCS Co-ordinator to provide on-going administrative support to the Fleet Project Manager and Fleet Compliance Manager to review and ensure that the Policies & Procedures attached to compliance and technical safety standards are maintainedwithin the workshops.
- Assisting the FCS Co-ordinator, whilst gaining knowledge, with the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the Group Management System commonly referred to as GIMs.
- Attending to all relevant fleet meetings and help provide any ISO45001/technical safety updates and information that are relevant to workshops.
- Assisting and supporting existing Fleet Compliance Auditors whilst gaining knowledge and understanding of the vehicle Operator licensing requirements and auditing thereof.
- Learning how to play an active role in mentoring culture promotion within Fleet.
- Assisting the Fleet Compliance Support Co-ordinator to support and ensure the implementation of positive working practices in respect of ISO450001 and compliance administration are adopted into new workshops that are acquired either via acquisitions ormobilisations.
**Requirements**:
**Here's what we require**:
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel and comfortable in using Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards would be ideal.
- Knowledge and understanding of Fleet Management Systems would also be desirable.
**The Fleet Compliance Support Assistant must be**:
- Willing to adapt and develop skill sets and knowledge as determined by the role/business.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage their own workload effectively while keeping to strict deadlines.
- Able to communicate with conviction, plan with precision and most importantly, play well with others.
- Role holder most hold a full UK car driving licence and be flexible to have regular overnight stays away from home.
