Fleet Administrator

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Maintain and update vehicle logs, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
- Issue vehicles to new starters and manage vehicle allocation records.
- Process vehicle fines and nominate the responsible drivers in a timely manner.
- Verify employee driving licences for points, disqualifications, and offences, maintaining compliance records.
- Keep all vehicle tracking and telemetry systems up to date and accurate.
- Monitor the fleet department mailbox, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
- Process equipment and vehicle-related orders as required.
- Support other team members and departments with fleet-related administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.
- Assist with vehicle servicing schedules, MOT renewals, insurance documentation, and accident management where necessary.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records in line with data protection requirements.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience within a fleet or transport administration environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
