Shoes 121 Ltd is currently recruiting for a full time/part-time experienced Warehouse Operative.
We look for hard-working people who are trustworthy with can-do attitude and good punctuality. This position requires good attention to detail, with some heavy lifting involved occasionally.

- **Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- ensure supplier invoices are matched up with delivery notes and checked against purchase orders
- Maintain supplier contacts and conduct market research & price comparison on alternative suppliers
- Maintain & collecting product information for trade goods
- Maintain holiday sheets and dairy
- provide clerical support with processing incoming mail, filing, printing, scanning and photocopying
- maintain the Office supplies such as stationery, cleaning and catering supplies
- Provide ad hoc support as and when required.
**Skills and/or Experience preferred**:
- an appropriate and professional appearance and proactive approach with can do attitude
- excellent interpersonal skills & good skills with team working
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, outlook, and the rest of MS office 365 family
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to handle multitasking and to priorities
- ability to work quickly, flexibly, and accurately with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining strong organisational skills
- a track record of punctuality and reliability
- good IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Basic understanding or experience with bookkeeping will be a bonus
