We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Service Desk Analyst for a rapidly growing wealth management business. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance with workstation hardware and software for head office and remote users.You will be part of a diverse organisation with huge opportunities and significant opportunity for continuous learning and progression.
With various technologies to work with, this is a role which will never get boring.
Provide IT resources as required including:
- Networking (basic troubleshooting).
- Telephony assistance and troubleshooting.
- Set up and maintain user accounts for staff & offices.
- Set up and maintain systems and services used by external Raymond James branches and offices.
- Create and maintain documentation and training support materials.
- Triage and manage incoming service requests and incidents.
- Ensure that open service requests and incidents are resolved promptly and within SLAs.
- Provide mentoring for new team members as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
You will have strong knowledge of and possess the following key competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server platforms.
- Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a 1st line technical support environment.
- Experience working in the financial services sector considered beneficial
ABOUT YOU
The role is strongly focused on continuously enhancing the quality of the services provided to the business through software and business process improvements and by developing excellent relationships with other business units. Additional responsibilities willinclude assisting in the setup of new users and offices, the creation and maintenance of documentation, support materials and triaging of service requests and incidents prior to assignment to other team members.
