**Service Desk Analyst - Hybrid**
**£25,000 - £30,000**
Henderson Scott are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst based in North London on a Hybrid basis to join their busy Service Desk Team.
**Responsibilities**
As a member of the Service Desk team, you will give top-notch assistance in a rapidly expanding, high-pressure setting. You'll be expected to resolve all 1st line issues and avoid escalation to the desktop support team.
You'll also have the chance to get involved in projects, rollout/upgrade initiatives, and remediation efforts.
**Core skills**
- Strong experience with Windows OS (10+)
- Extensive experience with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience of supporting Active Directory
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN
