**IT Service Desk Analyst**

**Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge?**

We are currently working with a top law firm based in central London who are seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst.

The role offers a hybrid work from home policy; being able to work from home one week in two allowing you a great work/life balance

**Your responsibilities**:

- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Exchange

**Your skills**:

- A minimum of six months’ IT help desk support experience within a professional services organisation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrable knowledge of hardware such as laptops and mobiles.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
