New 3 month contract opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading Managed Service Provider with immediate effect.
**The Company**
You will be working for a leading Managed Service Provider and they are looking for someone to come in and support IT operations in a service desk environment at 1st/2nd line level, escalating issues where need be to help ensure a smooth and effective supportoperation.
**Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Correctly and efficiently log incident requests
- Weekly and monthly administrative tasks like BAU stock review etc
- Network Monitoring
**Service Desk Analyst Requirements**:
- 3+ years' working as Service Desk Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- SCCM
- Citrix
- IP Phone Systems
- Windows 10
- Exchange
