**The Role**

We’re seeking a detail-oriented **People Records Administrator** to join our People Team. You’ll maintain accurate and secure employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation, and support payroll accuracy.

This role is crucial for keeping our People processes running smoothly and providing a professional, timely service to colleagues and managers. After induction and probation, a hybrid working arrangement may be possible.

**Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong administration skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and high levels of confidentiality
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
- Commitment to continuous professional development

**Important Safeguarding Information**
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service. If you don’t yet have one, you’ll need to cover the cost.
- Be eligible to work in regulated roles
- not on the Children’s Barred List.
- Successfully complete background and reference checks.
