Here at **Hobbycraft,**we are looking for a**People Administrator** to join the team based at our Head Office in **Christchurch. **You will join us on a **full time, permanent **basis. Our core businesshours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

**About the role**:
As our **People Administrator,** you will be a positive individual who can multitask, bringing support across several HR functions, providing support to HR, Training, Recruitment and Payroll. In this busy and varied **People Administrator **role, you will be providing administrative support as well as being involved in various projects. The role will be interesting and diverse and will provide a great opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in gainingHR experience.

**What we're looking for in our People Administrator**:

- Previous experience within a HR environment is desirable however it is your proactive, inquisitive nature that will help you in this role
- Proven administrative experience working with a high-volume workload
- The ability to offer great customer service, and proactively help your colleagues
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritise your workload effectively
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- A good knowledge of MS Office to include Excel, Outlook Word and PowerPoint
- If you are working towards your CIPD Level 3 this would be advantageous, but not essential
