People Support Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a Fixed Term Contract People Support Administrator. With demonstrable experience of being an administrator you will possess high levels of personal integrity and be used to handing confidential information, whilst providing HR administrative support as required, managing the employee records, files, and. It is essential that you have a full working knowledge of Microsoft packages and training will be given for systems used within the department.
Reporting to the People Support Manager, the post holder will generate employee related correspondence including contracts, reference requests and ensure identity and Right to Work checks are undertaken. You will have a wide range of internal relationships throughout the Company, on occasions directly with members of senior management.
This role will really suit an individual who is able to work on their own initiative, is an organiser who can prioritise daily workload, has an aptitude for data and reporting systems, a sleeves rolled-up type who is confident, discreet, capable, flexible and gets satisfaction from a job well done.
This role can accommodate an agile working arrangement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate promotion, transfer, salary increase and other change letters for employees. Update Empower as required. Ensure correct authorisation has been received and forward details of changes to payroll as appropriate.
- Issue leaver forms for leavers and process leavers on Empower, checking outstanding payments, holiday entitlement, repayment of subscriptions. Maintain and update records on Empower for employees, ensuring any payroll changes are passed to payroll.
- Maintain iHoliday.
- Maintain absence records for employees and forward to Payroll as appropriate.
- These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role._

Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
