Are you looking for your next role in Compliance Advisory? We have a unique opportunity at Santander Corporate Investment Bank in London.

**The difference you’ll will make.**
- Managing day to day queries for London based SCIB Front-Office in respect to MiFID, EMIR, MAR, and other key Regulations (incl. US regulations where required).
- Engaging and collaborating with other compliance teams, legal and risk functions in the provision of regulatory analysis and advice.
- Representing Compliance Advisory at key internal and external forums.
- Identification of training needs for the markets business including the development and delivery of bespoke training sessions.
- Maintaining compliance policies and procedures to address regulatory risk and maintaining a presence on the public side trading floor, embedding alongside the Business.
- Assisting in the delivery of the overall wholesale compliance responsibilities.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Knowledge of regulations in scope for Global Markets and/or Investment Banking business for example FCA Handbook, MAR, EMIR, MIFID II, Dodd Frank and Volcker.
- Experience working in a Wholesale/Investment bank.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in or supporting front office function
- Confident in dealing with challenge and conflict under pressure
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationship with colleagues across the business and support functions

**What else you need to know.**

This role will have some cross over into Private-side Advisory.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Santander London branch, Triton Square.
