Client Management Services sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) structure with dual reporting lines to both UK Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Global Head of Client Management Services, and it is responsible and accountable for design, improve and establish an operational end-to-end client lifecycle management value chain. Client Management Services needs to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations whilst maintaining the ability to do business with a client / counterparty.

Client Management Services’ vision is to be a client-oriented value-chain covering Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Post Trade Service; acting as a client’s operational single point of contact for ongoing client services and management including onboarding, post-trade services.

The difference you’ll make.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and market counterparties
- Being a single point of contact for escalations and Client/Business questions and queries
- Providing the care, operational support and delivery management of the relationship to the client
- Performing client outreach to collect required KYC documentation and regulatory classification forms
- Delivering consistent client experience (providing Client updates/feedback and ensuring complaints are captured and formally managed)

What you’ll bring.
- Strong understanding of organisational structures of multinationals and large corporates
- Strong product knowledge including products across SGCB and SCCB (e.g. Cash Management, Markets, Trade Finance, Lending)

It would also be nice for you to have.
- Solid understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory risk.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong stakeholder management skills

This is permanent role and will be based in the Triton Square, London Office.
