Role within one of the UK's leading foreign exchange market managers - Provide custom support for a wide range of clients **About Our Client**: The client is an award-winning Financial Services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. They are a foreign exchange market manager and service provider based in the City of London. - Involvement in aspects of the client journey, from account submissions to day-to-day query management - Responsible for providing a "best in class" service to new and existing clients. - Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met. - Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency. - Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs - Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration. - Build in-depth knowledge of various business and specialist areas, such as Alternative Investments, Banking & Payments. **The Successful Applicant**: **What's on Offer**: An opportunity to be a Client Services Associate at a company that offers a competitive salary, private healthcare program and enhanced maternity and paternity policies amongst other benefits.
