**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As the Training, Talent & Culture Partner for the SCIB London based business, you will work for the various business areas of SCIB in the UK, delivering on key training programme; talent strategy; speak up solutions, employee feedback; and diversity & inclusion strategy.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Managing end-to-end training programmes, from coordinating in SCIB UK the implementation of the Global SCIB training programmes, identifying specific training needs and facilitate business line specific programmes and initiatives identified.
- Leading the SCIB Graduate Programme in the UK (Grads and Interns): arrange the local resourcing process, establish all agreements with businesses, coordinate with Global HR and lead the onboarding process, including local training and mentoring
- Identifying, leading, and managing the delivery of the D&I strategy and initiatives in the branch and present status updates on D&I initiatives to SLB and HR leadership Teams.
- Designing and implementing employee wellbeing strategy and initiatives.
- Engaging with Global SCIB HR, local HR Business Partners, business managers and any other stakeholder effectively.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven work experience in a Training and / or Talent Management role or equivalent (i.e. consulting)
- Understanding of all HR functions and best practices

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience in designing or executing HR training, talent, D&I and culture transformation programmes, especially in an internal or external consulting role
- CIPD Qualification
- Empathy and tolerance to ambiguity
- Knowledge of the employment regulation in the UK financial services

This is a permanent opportunity based in our Triton Square office, in London.
