**The Role**: Following a highly successful period of growth in late 2020 and early 2021 our client has created the need for a new team leader to come into their sales-lead generation team. As the commercial team has doubled in size over thelast 2 years, it is no longer feasible for the UK SD to manage the SDR function directly. As such the decision has been made to recruit a new a manager who can train, coach, monitor and drive the performance of the team. The successful recruit will have directline management responsibility for the current team of 5 SDR's and will grow that team in the future. The role suits an up-and-coming man-manager who is confident in their ability and excited to lead teams. There is a mid to long term opportunity for thisperson to be promoted to a Global Head of Lead Generation, taking responsibility for the expanding US SDR team too.

This platform willenable their clients to access information and intelligence about these key business issues. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and will seek to take revenue from its current level to over 300% of that figure over the next 5 years.
**As SDR Manager your responsibilities will include**:
- Management a team of 5 SDRs
- Recruiting into and growing this team
- Coaching, guiding, and monitoring performance, whilst reporting to the UK HOS and CD
**For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- 4+ years of b2b sales experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or SDR Manager role
- A background in tech, SaaS or Business Intelligence preferred (not essential)
