**The Role**: We are excited to be recruiting for an SDR Manager for this leading provider of bespoke, game-based, learning technology. Our client is in the midst of a significant growth phase, and they seek an experienced SDR Manager who willcome in and maximise the performance of their lead generation function. With a team of 6 SDR's in the UK, the company need a leader to take full ownership of the coaching, reporting, training, guidance, and monitoring processes. The role will report to theHead of Sales Enablement who will work with the successful recruit to implement, roll out and hone a BD strategy that will generate high quality sales appointments for the senior level closing reps.
**The Company**:This highly innovative business is a global leader in 3D, game-based learning. They create a fun and engaging method of training through their 'learn by doing' approach. A growing number of companies are using this method oftraining as part of their onboarding, and L&D plan. The technology enables them to provide employees with virtual examples of real-life scenarios they would encounter in the workplace, improving their ability to handle and deal with issues and problems inthe future. The individually tailored products are also used to help train employees on the rollout of new systems and technology on a global scale. Just some of the satisfied clients include Circle K, Starbucks and Accenture. With many other well-known brandsrecently signed, they are set for excellent growth. Their solutions are already used across 60 countries and 10 different languages. In April 2021 they landed a significant investment from 2 US Venture Capitalist forms, at Series B. Growth plans off the backof this include a significant expansion of the European operations from London and Oslo, and the advancement of their growth plan in the United States.
**As an SDR Manager your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing, coaching, and driving performance of a team of 6 SDR's
- Delivering training and monitoring performance of the team
- Reporting the Director of Sales Enablement and UK MD
**For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- Background in New business or lead generation management
- At least 2 years of team leadership / management experience
- Ideally a background in tech or SaaS - other industries welcome
**Benefits of the SDR Manager role**:
