Sales Development Representative (SDR) - HealthTech SaaS London (Hybrid) Up to £45k + OTE A fast-growing London-based healthtech startup is hiring an SDR to help scale outbound sales into the clinical trials market. The Role You'll support pipeline growth by: Prospecting and outreach via email, LinkedIn and cold calling Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leaders Researching accounts across pharma, CROs, and research organisations Qualifying leads Managing inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot Supporting campaign activity and event follow-up Keeping CRM data clean and consistent This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where your input will directly influence how the sales engine is built. What We're Looking For You'll be a good fit if you have: Experience as an SDR / BDR Some exposure to clinical trials, pharma, CROs, or life sciences Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM systems Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in an early-stage, evolving environment You don't need to be a clinical expert - but you do need to be genuinely interested in the clinical trial ecosystem and motivated to learn.
