**About the Role**:
As part of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a global SDR manager who is passionate about coaching and developing sales people early in their sales career, and empowering them to hit pipeline generation targets. You'll continue to build and improve uponthe current programs, identifying opportunities for better efficiency while also focusing on team building and morale boosting activities. We're looking for a leader who is excited to build and scale this crucial team.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead and manage a team of global SDRs who are responsible for generating qualified meetings that builds high quality pipeline for the Sales team
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs to build and sustain a high-performing sales development team that consistently hits targets and is able to quickly grow and scale within the organization
- Work with Marketing to develop outbound messaging and cadences that help improve connection rates
- Set and enforce processes that achieve consistency across all regions (UKI, FR, DACH, NAMER) ensuring team meets set objectives
- Identify opportunities for better process and/or structure to drive improved efficiency, and work cross-functionally to implement
- Live in Salesforce analysing and reporting on pipeline built and communicating to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Mentor individual SDRs and contribute to career progression program
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working across sales development function
- Previous B2B SDR management
- Previous experience at an enterprise B2B software/technology company would be advantageous
- Passion for coaching and developing people across multiple regions
- You are data-driven, process-oriented and don’t accept status quo as a way of working
