Lettings Support Consultant Duties:

- Working with other departments across the business to ensure smooth start to tenancy
- Assist Landlords to help make managing their properties efficient
- Arranging pre-tenancy works
- Facilitating rent collection
- End of tenancy works and deposit resolution
- Serving legal notices
Lettings Support Consultant Profile:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- No previous experience in lettings support or administration is required
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Come with the willingness to learn and grow
Lettings Support Consultant Package:

- Location: Chiswick Park
- £22,000 to £24,000 basic
