Lettings Negotiator– Move Inn Estates

Location: Hounslow, West London & Iver

Salary: Starting from £24,000 per annum + commission + fuel allowance

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (every Saturdays)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings department. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This position offers excellent scope to develop your career within a successful and growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applicant Management: Register and manage tenant enquiries, follow up via phone/email, and update Alto software with applicant records.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings across West London and surrounding areas.
  • Negotiation & Lettings: Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, secure deposits, and progress deals to move-in.
  • Application Processing: Manage referencing, right-to-rent checks, and compliance tasks via Alto.
  • Landlord & Tenant Liaison: Provide regular updates to landlords, advise on market trends, and ensure smooth tenancy progression.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Support property marketing (online portals, social media, and Alto listings) and generate new business opportunities.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records, complete tenancy agreements, and process related paperwork within Alto.
  • Target Achievement: Work toward individual and office performance targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Requirements

  • Previous lettings or sales experience desirable (training provided if needed).
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven with good attention to detail.
  • Full clean UK driving licence (own car preferred).
  • Proficient in Alto software, Microsoft Office, and general IT systems.
  • Must live within easy reach of Hounslow & Iver
  • Fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and English
  • Strong knowledge of lettings laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the West London property market is an advantage.
