We blend over 4 decades of local business expertise with a modern, friendly, and fun workplace where your growth genuinely matters. What You'll Do Deliver an outstanding service to landlords & tenants Register applicants & match them to properties Generate and conduct property viewings Process credit checks and tenant referencing Chase rental arrears to achieve timely payments Stay updated with relevant lettings legislation Prospect, canvass and help build our landlord and property database Research new ideas to market properties creatively Cross-sell other DBK services Contribute to DBK's brand growth by being an advocate on social media What You'll Bring Customer service experience as a minimum (property experience beneficial but not essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment UK driving licence & your own car Strong communication, presentation, and people skills Knowledge of West London & within a reasonable commute Confidence using CRM systems (desirable) What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Flexible Saturday rota: 1 in every 4 Saturdays off Study during work hours + fully supported CELA Level 3 qualification Comprehensive onboarding & progression opportunities Company-paid winter jab & eye test Seasonal team events & treats (we love a good celebration) On-site parking A vibrant, diverse culture where hard work = recognition Working Hours Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturdays: 9:30am – 3:00pm (1 off every 4 weeks) At DBK, we hire people with heart, drive and ambition — and we help them grow into experts Ready to join the DBK family?
