We blend over 4 decades of local business expertise with a modern, friendly, and fun workplace where your growth genuinely matters.What You’ll DoDeliver an outstanding service to landlords & tenantsRegister applicants & match them to propertiesGenerate and conduct property viewingsProcess credit checks and tenant referencingChase rental arrears to achieve timely paymentsStay updated with relevant lettings legislationProspect, canvass and help build our landlord and property databaseResearch new ideas to market properties creativelyCross-sell other DBK servicesContribute to DBK’s brand growth by being an advocate on social mediaWhat You’ll BringCustomer service experience as a minimum (property experience beneficial but not essential)Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentUK driving licence & your own carStrong communication, presentation, and people skillsKnowledge of West London & within a reasonable commuteConfidence using CRM systems (desirable)What We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Flexible Saturday rota: 1 in every 4 Saturdays offStudy during work hours + fully supported CELA Level 3 qualificationComprehensive onboarding & progression opportunitiesCompany-paid winter jab & eye testSeasonal team events & treats (we love a good celebration)On-site parkingA vibrant, diverse culture where hard work = recognitionWorking HoursMon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pmSaturdays: 9:30am – 3:00pm (1 off every 4 weeks)At DBK, we hire people with heart, drive and ambition — and we help them grow into experts Ready to join the DBK family?
