Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their development and well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Provide personal care, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toileting
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about children's daily activities and progress
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, incidents, and milestones
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursery environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

We offer competitive pay rates based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Pay: From £10.50 per hour
