We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join Carmarthenshire’s Library Services as a Level 3 Apprentice, where you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative and engaging services to our communities.

C**reative**,**enthusiastic**, and a **forward-thinking** individual with a genuine interest in public libraries. Do you enjoy working with people of **all ages**, particularly **school pupils** and are confident using and supporting others with **technology**.**
**Whats involved**:
- Supporting and promoting our **Makerspace services**. A creative hub within the library where the public can explore, and learn using cutting-edge technology such as 3D printers, coding kits, and virtual reality.
- Help deliver **hands-on workshops** and **support sessions** with school’s visits and the general public encouraging creativity, digital skills and lifelong learning.
- Help within the **Reference Library**, helping with information and research queries along with assisting in the IT department responding to enquiries.

Attend an in-person recruitment day on **Wednesday 23rd July.**
If you are successful at the recruitment day you will be invited to attend an interview with the team on the **7th or 8th August 2025.**
**You must be available for these dates as no alterative dates will be available.**
