**Experienced Butcher - Full Time | Carmarthen (Cambrian Way)**

Albert Rees Ltd — home of _Carmarthen Ham_, the original PGI-protected Welsh air-dried ham — is expanding
We’re opening a brand-new **Deli and Butchery on Cambrian Way, Carmarthen**, and we’re looking for a skilled and passionate **Butcher** to join our growing team.

We take pride in traditional craftsmanship, exceptional local produce and excellent customer service. If you’re confident on the block and enjoy engaging with customers who appreciate quality, we’d love to hear from you.

**What you’ll do**
- Cut, trim and prepare meat products to a high standard.
- Serve customers with confidence and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Support the training of apprentices and junior staff.
- Follow all hygiene, traceability and food safety procedures.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail butchery.
- Excellent knowledge of cuts, yields and presentation.
- Friendly, professional approach with customers.
- Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player.
- Welsh speaking an advantage, but not essential.

**Location**: Cambrian Way, Carmarthen
**Hours**: Full-time, flexible shifts Monday-Saturday
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: From £25,400.00 per year
