**Butcher | Carmarthen**
£23,500-26,500 p/a - with any individual able to increase this to £28,000 once targets met.

**THE ROLE**
- Stock control
- Preparing orders to customers requirements
- Achieving high standards of butchery
- Adhering to all Heath & Safety regulations
- Working to high level of food standards - EHO
- Main/Front of House Butcher
- Responsibility of retail duties

**WORKING HOURS**
Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 5pm (45 hours per week)
