The person will provide emotional wellbeing support in addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant the post will also involve supervising a 1:1 pupil where required alongside small groups of pupils to deliver academic support, alongside pastoral support and guiding wellbeing programmes to pupils excluded from, or not otherwise working to, a mainstream school timetable.
