**Trainee Teaching Assistant**

We are currently looking for a great Teaching Assistant to work in a local Carmarthen Secondary School.

Something a lot of people think is that TA’s need education qualifications to go into work - but this isn’t the case at all. We want passionate individuals who are looking for a chance to get into the world of education

**A little more about the role**:
Working through us as a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting the teacher in managing the classroom, whether this be helping the teacher give out work, helping manage the behaviour of the class, or working 1:1 with students who may need thata little bit of extra support.

**What will you need to work through us?**
- A valid passport, drivers’ licence, or birth certificate
- An Overseas Clearance Check if you’ve been out of the country for longer than 6 months in the last 5 years
- An Enhanced DBS Check on the Update Service (We can help you get that if you don’t already have one)
- Complete our free online safeguarding course

**What can you expect?**
- £350 per week, paid every Friday as per our PAYE scheme
- Auto-Enrolment into our pension scheme
- The ability to call in, and we will help with all you need
- Access to several free/discounted training courses

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
