**Responsibilities**:

- Conducts analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
- Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
- Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
- Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Uses specialized software technology, research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience interpreting technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals.
- Experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
- 3-5+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modification
- Capable of traveling 25% of the time
- Ideally have 3+ years' experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
- Preferably be an EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
