Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys working within a busy team? As part our training administration team you will be at the heart of our 24hour flight training operations at our Training Centre in **Gatwick** supporting our pilot training programmes.

**The role we are offering you**

In this position you will need to be approachable at all times while working closely with instructors and our customer service department as well as our clients. With a great attention to detail, you will maintain an overview of all wet customer training, ensuring planned training events have the required courseware for delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining paper and electronic delivery media through the relevant company portal and manage pre and post customer activity and assign resource to courses as required.

Other key responsibilities of this role are:

- Coordinating logistics and support related to training activities.
- Managing instructor schedules for upcoming training events and assign instructors accordingly, based on their availability and instructor qualifications.
- Building and maintaining client and instructor training folders
- Preparing of paperwork, equipment and training media for all pilot training courses. Including (but not limited to) printing and binding of paper manuals, refresh and maintain company electronic media and student files and ensure the proper regulatory forms are included
- Ensuring customer technology, (EFB/iPad) manuals and paperwork are updated, fit for purpose, and stored in accordance with customer requirement across the UK centres.
- Format, maintain and refresh CAE electronic courseware to electronic devices (iPad) and ensure operational readiness for training delivery while ensuring that classrooms are serviceable in time for training
- Monitor student profiles in the Pelesys LMS system to ensure correct CBT content is available and technical exams are correctly assigned within required timescales
- Source and maintain Customer Airline Operations Manuals, distribute as required over electronic media ensuring regulatory and GDPR compliance
- Provide reporting in support of resource utilisation and ensuring best use of full time & contingent workforce
- Invigilate technical exams from time to time
- An experienced Administrator, ideally with previous experience from the aviation industry or a regulatory environment. You are experienced in managing data and large sets of paperwork and you handle a busy workload, prioritising in line with a busy training agenda.
- Very organised and responsive to ad hoc items and can manage multiple items at the same time.
- Approachable, a team player and you enjoy working in a busy, operational environment.
