Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager on a Permanent basis at our Extra Care scheme in Reading.

**A bit about the role**:
As a **Scheme Manager**,** **you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day housing management and services provided at an Extra Care scheme_._ You will take full responsibility of managing the estate and monitoring the services provided by others.

**Some of the key results for the role include**:

- Ensure schemes are managed to a high standard and meet all statutory requirements in terms of fire, safety, and health at all times. Be able to work with external care teams and other shareholders. Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and ensure residents feel safe, secure and respected. Report and proactively monitor repairs and maintenance, ensuring you supervise all contractors, service workers and other professionals whilst on the premises. Identity and act on any safeguarding concerns and manage risks appropriately. Continually assess residents needs to ensure they have the right level of support. Provide cover for other schemes when required to ensure a consistent level of service delivery.
- This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle._
